The Board of Trustees is composed of five persons and aims to reflect the diversity of the ISDC membership culturally, linguistically, and geographically as well as in the expertise of its members.
The Board's role is to advise the Executive Committee and to monitor the conduct of the Secretary-General, the President, and members of the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee is responsible for making policy decisions in accordance with ISDC's mission and constitution.
The Executive Committee in a council typically consists of senior administrators who are responsible for overseeing the management of the institution. Their role includes setting policies, making decisions related to budget and finance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and guiding the overall direction of the council.
